Return & Refund Policy

    At Carrspire, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


    Return Eligibility

    We accept return requests under the following conditions:

      • The product is received in a damaged or defective condition
      • Manufacturing defect is identified upon inspection
      • Wrong product delivered

    Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


    Conditions for Return Approval

    To be eligible for return:

      • Product must be unused and in original condition
      • Original packaging must be intact
      • All tags, accessories, and components must be included
      • Proof of purchase (invoice) is required
      • Serial number verification may be required

    What is NOT Eligible for Return

    Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

      • Normal wear and tear
      • Scratches or cosmetic damage after use
      • Airline or transport damage
      • Misuse or improper handling
      • Water or fire damage
      • Animal bites or external damage caused after delivery
      • Products without original packaging or invoice

    Return Request Process

    To initiate a return:

      1. Contact our support team via email or customer support form
    1. Share the following:
        • Order details
        • Invoice copy
        • Clear images/videos of the issue
        • Serial number (if applicable)
      1. Our team will review your request within 2–5 business days

    Inspection & Approval

      • All returned products will undergo inspection before approval
      • Carrspire reserves the right to accept or reject return requests based on inspection results
      • If the product does not meet return conditions, the request will be declined

    Refund Process

      • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
      • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
      • In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

    Replacement Policy

      • Replacement will be offered instead of refund if a repairable defect is found
      • Full replacement is provided only if the product is deemed non-repairable
      • Replacement is subject to product availability

    Shipping for Returns

      • In most cases, customers may be required to self-courier the product to our service center
      • In special cases, Carrspire may arrange pickup (based on location and product condition)

    Return shipping charges may apply unless the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect.


    Refund Exceptions

    Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

      • Product is damaged due to misuse after delivery
      • Return request is made after the 7-day window
      • Required proof (invoice/serial number) is not provided

    One or more items could not be added to cart due to certain restrictions.
