    Warranty Coverage

    Trolley Bags

    Carrspire trolley bags are covered by a 7-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

    Backpacks & Duffle Bags

    Carrspire backpacks and duffle bags are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.


    What Is Covered

    This warranty covers manufacturing defects related to:

    • Wheels
    • Handles
    • Zippers
    • Locks
    • Stitching
    • Structural defects
    • Functional hardware issues caused during manufacturing

    Warranty coverage applies only under normal usage conditions.


    What Is Not Covered

    The warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear
    • Scratches and cosmetic damage
    • Airline or transport damage
    • Accidental damage
    • Misuse or improper handling
    • Water damage
    • Fire damage
    • Animal bites or pet damage
    • Damage caused by overloading
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

    Warranty Claim Process

    To request a warranty claim, customers must provide:

    • Valid purchase invoice
    • Product serial number
    • Clear images/videos of the issue
    • Brief description of the defect

    Customers may contact us through:

    After receiving the request, our team will inspect and verify the issue before approving the claim.


    Repair & Replacement Policy

    • Carrspire reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.
    • Replacement will only be provided if the product or affected part is determined to be non-repairable.
    • In many cases, replacement parts may be provided instead of full product replacement.

    Self-Repair Support (Special Cases)

    In selected cases, Carrspire may provide replacement parts directly to customers.

    Customers may:

    1. Courier the product for inspection, or
    2. Receive replacement parts directly after inspection approval.

    For self-repair support:

    • Customers only need basic tools such as a screwdriver.
    • Carrspire will provide a tutorial video and guidance for installation.

    This option is available only in special approved cases.


    International Warranty Support

    For international customers:

    • Replacement parts may be shipped directly after claim approval.
    • Tutorial guidance/video support will be provided for installation.
    • Customers may install the replacement part using basic tools such as a screwdriver.

    International shipping timelines may vary depending on location.


    Important Notes

    • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
    • Proof of purchase is mandatory for all claims.
    • Warranty period starts from the original purchase date.
    • Carrspire reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet warranty conditions.
